23 year old patient came to us with heaviness in abdomen, s evere pain during menstrual cycle and
pain in passing stools. On ultrasound, severe endometriosis and bilateral huge endometriotic cysts
noted. We performed laparoscopic management of severe endometriosis, excision of rectovaginal
nodules, enucleated both Endometriotic cyst linings and did ovarian reconstruction. Post op, patient
is relieved of symptoms and mobile on the day of surgery.
